Maybe he's just running YELLOW,Of course in a full stream. He has actually turned away people at his door. I think it under the do no harm of the Hippocratic oath. So he would have to come before the board and get a wrist slap. I think that's about it. Maybe a fine. Perhaps a real urologist will hang out his shingle and put a world of hurt on this guy.
