Money well spent (don't think so)

Six Billion dollars and eight years later, Afghan police still are unable to shoot their weapons. We introduced the Afghan Police two new weapons of choice. One would be the AK-47 and the other, M16s. Hell they work for us ok. The Germans tried and failed, then we sent our private contractors to show them how it's done. The contractors I believe were Blackwater. Blackwater is now called Xe. What's in a name huh! I'm sure you remember Blackwater and all the investigations enacted against them for fraud, intimidation, killings, and sexual atrocities. The sexual atrocities were sometimes against female employees working for them.
So Eight years have gone by and the Afghan police are just a joke. Some have said the Gang that couldn't shoot straight. No wonder the police there have a high turn over,at least twenty four are killed each month and many just desert.
Well seems that the Italians who had contractors there happened to look into this. Their findings were no one ever showed these bumbling Barney Fifes how to sight in their weapons. Geeez six billion dollars. For a lot less money they could have hired the Mob to spend a couple of days with them and be done.
Senator McCaskill is looking into this. Now some would say hey you guys have been in power for a year and a half. Why the hell did you just find out about this.
I say..Look morons..The Republicans can't even read a 2700 page bill, cause that's to much reading to do. Now McCaskill is on the oversight panel fine, Can you imagine all the "reading" they have to do to uncover all the bullshit hidden. At least She's bringing it to light and doing something about it.
Some of you ask what the hell do we need Private contractors who have no interest in completion of anything because they'll lose money if they do. I agree! The problem is the Military wants what it wants and it wants things now. Somebody has to be the parent here and say how money is spent.
