Arizona/Nazi Germany You decide........
So I'll have to take Arizona off my list of travel places.
Seems these crackers are trying git tough on borders.
If passed anyone could be stopped at the Cops discretion. (Just cause you look odd or like a foreigner). Like Nazi Germany of old you will then have to show your papers.
Fucking blows my mind that in this Country people want to pass something like this.
Why don't they just send all the browns there to camps,put them to work building roads.
Maybe the final solution would be a nice shower.
I'm sickened...
Let's see What Crash McCain will say about it... Like I don't already know....
PS Can we please stop calling OUR Country the Home Land......

My thought is they don't have a choice but they will abuse it. The violence has gone too far. I have a brother in Kingman and a nephew in Tucson. Good luck to them I say!

No doubt things are out of control.
In my mind I would like boarders secured by our troops instead of being in every other country. This thing of being able to pick out "those" people scares the shit out of me.
I would like the cops to have to prove probable cause. In of itself that's pretty loose to define.

Tim I agree and Arizona has requested them. There is an easy solution and I put it in a book 4 years ago.
Every single reserve and guard unit has to do two weeks per year. Send them to the border they get their flight time and active training serving a purpose. They are getting paid anyway! What do you think?
I didn't know this until I moved to northern Washington, but the U.S. Border Patrol has jurisdiction within 100 miles of the Mexican and Canadian borders.
Around here, they make periodic highway stops. Supposedly they're just looking for illegal immigrants, but if they "happen" to discover something illegal in the process (like, let's say, drugs), that person is busted.
It's a very divisive local issue. The "limited government" Republicans are all in favor of these Border Patrol checkpoints, of course.
Arizona's law would make things even worse, but it's already like this if you're within 100 miles of the border.
I dont know all the detail's, but have heard of briefly what's goin on in Arizona. I have dealt with the Texas/ Mexico border quite a bit. I am actually for tighter security on our border's, but for many reason's, including post 9/11 reason's .... and because in many EU countries, armed military are on border's and no one complain's about it, and I am VERY "mexicano friendly". One of the thing's for instance here in Texas .... many cross .... and use folk's property as campsite's, the litter and trash they leave behind is incredible, they build fire's which several have lost control, ton's of vandalism and break in's on properties, even "Coyote's" (smuggler's) tell them not to do this shit, but you alway's have a bunch that do anywayz, because they know if they get busted even on felony theft or burglary of a habitat, they will only be sent back .... this is a very deep issue of what truely goes on, on the Mexicano border that many American's dont realize, unless they actually live there and spent time there. There is a war as I write this on the Tex/Mex border, that had more killing's in the last year alone than both the Afghan and Iraq war's combined .... yet you hardly hear anything on it. I know how thing's are ran on the border .... even been offered job's running human traffic .... I chose to run dope instead because it's smaller and more money year's back, and still today. The cop's on both side's are corrupt,on the Mexicano side, they are so corrupt you wouldnt believe what goes on, I can barely believe if I didnt know what I know, let's say (Mexico and immigrant's played a large role in my life) even the arm's that we send to fight the so called drug war, are going in large portion's to the cartel's, I know this for a fact. I am not innocent here .... and between a rock and a hard place on this subject, because I done MUCH business over the year's with these immigrant's. I cant get into any more detail's here of what goes on down there, because it could be self incriminating technically. I have to shut up now Tim.

Another thing Mr.Tim .... the Mexicano and Canadian border's are such a stark difference, as much as day and night, you wouldnt believe the shit that goes on down here .... I'd love to elaborate, but understand, it is very difficult for me to because of any direct involvement technicalities. I do have "statute of limitation' law's as well in defense to utilize on many item's, but I have to be very selective of what I may say, let's say. I'm sure you get my drift.

Even around here buckfucker county,they stop younger drivers,people of color and hot girls whenever they can. I'm an old cracker ass and they just wave me by.

The City of Farmers Branch, which is part of my neighborhood (I live on the Dallas side of the border, NW Dallas area)tried to make it so you had to prove your a citizen to rent an apartment, then when a federal court in Dallas struck it down, they tried to make a $5 application fee or something to rent in the city( a "fee" would have gave them a "right" to run an immigration check somehow), which got more hell raisin, and ALOT of national coverage of course, saying it was a "nazi town" etc. My grandchildren which are filipino, from my step son live there with their parent's ( about 3 block's from me), he bought a home there almost 20 year's ago. FB understand to begin with is over one third spanish only speaking population, one of Dallas' smallest suburb's (I wouldnt think they have more than 30.000 people top's, not sure). In Dallas you are not allowed if your a cop to ask anyone anything about nationality or proof of citizenship etc, it's against the law for officer's to do so, but your alway's gonna get a cop or someone who pull's something. I done a couple piece's on this I will try to look up sometime and email to you. Understand (being a lil familiar with Arizona)that Texas and Arizona are quite different, regarding population of latino's ... Texas is alot more latino, they are the "majority" population here for instance. When they had the protest's nationwide a few year's back across the US by latino's concerning immigration reform .... your two cities with the largest crowd's were Los Angeles and Dallas, both having protest crowd's well over a half a million. I lived in LA as well, still have familia there, Dallas is like a smaller version of LA regarding latino culture, put it that way. It can be a little more difficult here to do, is what I am saying.

Great article Tim - This is an incredibly bizzare ruling for any thinking person in the 21st century to approve. It just goes to show that we have a long way to go until we mature as a country. Think about it - we are barely 200 years old and still acting like spoiled adolescents.
Most of the developed western countries in the world (the adults)are at least 1000 years old. We are just pups trying to find our way, doing the opposite of what the adults would like to see. It's just our nature.
This Arizona ruling is a result of hate media, frustration caused by hate media, and face-time on hate media by WHITE politicians who think they have a right to "their" country of the 50's with discrimination and no coloreds (browns included) allowed at the table. Small penis = big insecurity complex and loud put-down of _____________ (fill in the blank as long as they are not white). We are reaping the benefits of the failure of the education system and the consolidation of the press in the hands of conservatives (racists). So... Liberals... can we get up the nerve to visit an open carry Tea Bagger party with your own open carry weapon? I don't care if it's a fucking blowgun with poison darts, (we love the non-traditional). Let's take back our... wait a minute...
