Yeah Buddy! .... this is a real f'n mess, man! Of course they havent the faintest how to stop it. I heard that they have a goddamn hotline set up for the general public now to suggest way's to stop it .... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh, sound's like all them big bank's and such that f'd the economy up, then wanted the general public they f'd along with it, to bail them out. :)
I couldnt even think of a bloody idea, I reckon if you came up with an idea, you would be put on the tele for a couple minute's and be called a "hero" .... be nice though if they offered some incentive, like giving the MF a job or somethin. heh, heh, heh, heh, heh. There are already huge sea turtle's and other wildlife being rounded up this morning covered in oil. Texas and Mexico had really gotten a break on this simply because of their location (west coast) on the Gulf and the flow it is taking from the current, it's hitting the east coast of the Gulf, and look's to be working it's way around the Florida Panhandle, but some scientist's are now predicting that it may go around to the east Atlantic coast and up the coast, this could be more trouble than we see.
Back post Katrina in my posting's I was pointing out how we need to do some serious recalculating on exactly where we should drill in US, because of the changing climate (global warming) and the increase and intensity of Gulf storm's/ hurricane's, because last time they toppled/ damaged several Gulf offshore rig's, and there could be a new danger lurking to rig's that are effected by the new wave of Gulf storm's.
Dude Excellent point. What the fuck are they going to do with Hurricane season. And that shit that they are spreading all over the Gulf is said to be worse than the freaken oil. It was banned in Britain 10 years ago. It's a known Carcinogenic and some other bad things. I'm trying to get a MSDS sheet on it. Later
The EPA just gave them 72 hours to start using something else. Of course that doesn't help whatever is killed by the 800,000 gallons they have already used.
The real problem is that nobody knows more about how to stop this than BP, and they have no idea.
