Ahh those Immortal Words spoken by an Icon of the Right Wing. Forest Gump. I posted on this topic before and I feel compelled to again. Texas a state that could be the model for diversification is once more the talk of Those of us who are not mentally challenged.
This has to do with School Books and their right to corrupt the minds of Generations.
Once again the Christian Right has set out to change History. Their claim is that all this time these here books already in use have been biased. (All left wingy and such).
Whatever they find offensive in past or current school books is to be either stricken or changed. Screw Thomas Jefferson, that separation of Church and State shit. They and only they know what Our Founding Fathers were really thinking. Creationism is the way to go.
Martin Luther King was an uppity Negro. The examples of what they changed are numerous but I'm not going to list them all here. What strikes me is "They" are so concerned over the rights of a fetus, yet if a kid is actually born,well fuck em! Kids your on your own!
They don't want you to be Healthy, eat well, have access to a honest education,or in some instances have the rights of an American Citizen. How Christian of them.
A whole Generation of our children will be just like them, ignorant, biased, and hateful!
A bunch of Gump suckers! These future morons will be denied higher learning because they won't pass College entry exams. In a positive light they could always teach at Oral Roberts University or enter Politics.
