Fairness in Broadcasting

So if Murdoch buys all the major channels and says what we can or can not watch or listen to that's OK? The fairness Doctrine was established in 1949. It went away 1987 thanks to Regan. All it was is a way to have both sides of the issues brought to the public. A chance was given for local stations to be able to have local events and news relevant to the community aired. It also had Opinion programs have to state that they were just that, opinions. For whatever reason the FCC did away with it in 1987, as I stated with Regan's blessing. Rush as we know him was born. No one to reign him him. Outrageous and scathing remarks brought to the public as Gospel. The Army of Hate was born. By Jesus there was a lot of money in it. It was so easy to deal out the fear, hate, resentment, and contempt. No one was above reproach unless you were in good graces with the Lord El-Rushbo. Attacks against Women(femanazis), minorities,poor, and Democrats. Liberals were the bane of his existence. Absolutely hated Libs and blamed them for whatever ailed the world. Global Warming didn't exist, he protested, just a way to get your money. Meantime this loon was raking it in. So much money and power that even when caught with drugs after having sent his housekeeper to purchase them, never got in trouble. He turned it as only he could to that he was the victim. Poor Rush after all he was in pain and needed the drugs because of his ears. Of course many jumped on the band wagon of Money trade for hate. After all the lemmings were there. Captive audiences in their cars or trucks. It was new and geeez, he was after all looking out for them. Brings us to today, Fox, Clear channel and a host of other conglomerates have taken over the whole republican party. As one who is neither Dem or Republican I feel sad about it. Republicans have in a way given up and have become the puppets of the Money Gods. Now talk of the Fairness Doctrine has come up again. It would be the crazy's worst nightmare. It would take money out of the pockets of Rush. Least we forget Roger Ailes, the puppet Master Himself. Yeah Fair and Balanced! These bloodthirsty Vampires need to be held responsible, for not if, but when the (Bad) things will happen. Of course at that time they'll be like Who Me? They be saying they can't control the nut cases out there. In fact they've been controlling them for years. Yes Congress, Yes Mr.President bringing back the Fairness Doctrine is needed and called for. This would be one of your best achievements. Lets get that done before anymore damage against our Country is tried.
