Safety in Schools

Without rehashing the horrific thing that happened in that high school in Richmond California I would like to offer up some precautions that might help in not letting this go on. The physical changes that they want to do is good at least in that school but there needs to be better monitoring of property and person. Schools can't afford hiring additional security as it stands now. So take money out of the equation. He's what I think,have the kids in school volunteer to do so. Make sure they all have adequate communication with each other and the police. Use the hours patrolling as cash credits to be accumulated for college. Hell they can't get student loans anymore. Let them participate in making each other on campus safe and secure. What would have happened if there were a dozen good kids there that night and just one reported it. Seems to me that the creeps might not have chosen this spot and this poor girl to show there hate. Cause they might get caught! If you want to know more, contact me!
