There's approximately 301 million people in the USA. I hear there's 280 billion tarp dollars that there trying to figure out what to do with. What if they gave each person that's a American citizen one million dollars each. Talk about stimulating the Economy, Good grief Batman! Ahh a boy can dream. Imagine what you would do with it.
